The Logic of This System
- The Digital Circuit Breaker provides current and voltage monitoring.
- Fuse + SPD for Protection Against Simulated Lightning Strikes and Surges.
- Core ATS: Input I connects to the main supply; Input II serves as the backup input.
- Normal Power Supply: The ATS defaults to connecting to the primary power source (Line I), providing output downstream.
- Failover: When the primary power source (Channel I) experiences an outage—or is disconnected by an upstream digital circuit breaker due to voltage anomalies—the ATS detects the power loss and automatically executes a mechanical switchover to the backup power source (Channel II) within a very short timeframe, thereby ensuring an uninterrupted power supply.
- Restoration Logic: Once the main power supply returns to normal, the ATS typically automatically switches back to Power Source (I).
- The MCB is responsible for the safety of terminal loads and wiring. The MCBs perform routine switching functions and disconnects in the event of a short circuit or severe overload to provide protection.
Summarize:
ATS devices are primarily utilized for switching between utility power and backup power sources. GEYA ATS is designed to offer a convenient and highly cost-effective solution for this process, automatically switching back to the main power supply once it has been restored to normal operation.
Furthermore, GEYA ATS integrates seamlessly with our photovoltaic (PV) product ecosystem. Serving as a critical connecting point within integrated solar-plus-storage solutions, these devices can be upgraded to smart versions, enabling compatibility with cloud platforms to facilitate essential functions such as data monitoring and remote control.
