Description
GQRR Hot Aerosol Fire Suppression Device
The GQRR hot aerosol fire suppression device is designed specifically for electrical cabinets, distribution boxes, and compact electrical enclosures that need localized fire suppression. The series includes DIN rail, round, and rectangle structures, with 10g to 50g agent options for different cabinet layouts and protected spaces. Active ingredient content: 80%(Strontium nitrate + potassium nitrate)
Naming Convention

Working Principle
The device uses a thermal lead-wire activation structure. When the lead wire reaches the activation condition, the unit starts and releases aerosol agent into the protected enclosure. The specified thermal activation temperature is ≥170°C, and the aerosol spraying time is ≤6 seconds.
Key Features
- Three structure options: DIN rail, round, and rectangle models support different cabinet layouts and mounting requirements.
- Multiple agent weights: 10g, 20g, 30g, 40g, and 50g options are available across the GQRR range.
- Cabinet volume matching: the selection data lists 10g for 0.1 m³, 20g for 0.2 m³, 30g for 0.3 m³, and 40g for 0.4 m³.
- Fifth-generation identification process: the upgraded design replaces conventional adhesive labels with direct AI color printing, helping prevent skewed, peeling, or detached labels while providing a clean, durable appearance.
- PA66-V0 shell: the specified shell material provides a flame-retardant enclosure for the device body.
- Wide environmental range: the specified operating temperature is -50°C to 90°C, with relative humidity up to 95% RH.
- Lead-wire configuration: the standard product uses two 10 cm lead wires, with custom lead lengths available on request.
Protection And Selection
For cabinet fire suppression selection, the agent weight should be matched to the protected enclosure volume. DIN rail models are suitable when the distribution box requires rail mounting, while round and rectangle models can be selected according to the internal space, mounting surface, and component layout.
Installation And Maintenance
Before installation, confirm the cabinet volume, model structure, mounting position, and lead-wire layout. The lead wires should be kept in a reliable position and protected from unnecessary pulling or damage. During cabinet maintenance, check the installation status and replace the device according to the specified agent validity period and applicable local fire safety requirements.
Certification and Global Supply
Supporting documentation includes EU CE documentation, CNAS-accredited test reports, MSDS, international shipping certificates, and quality approval documents. GEYA cabinet fire suppression devices have been supplied to and field-applied in more than 40 countries, providing distributors and project buyers with established documentation support for international procurement.
Applications
GQRR is suitable for distribution boxes, control cabinets, low-voltage panels, and compact electrical enclosures where localized fire suppression is required. For distributors, panel builders, OEM/ODM partners, and engineering buyers, GEYA can support model selection based on cabinet volume, installation layout, and project requirements.
