Project Overview
GEYA recently collaborated with an OEM partner in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to deliver a comprehensive power distribution solution. This specific sub-project was commissioned for the newly renovated office building of a local lighting manufacturing factory.
As the core manufacturer, GEYA supplied a tailored batch of our high-performance Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs), Leakage Circuit Breakers (RCCB/RCBO), and advanced WIFI Smart Circuit Breakers. This project highlights GEYA's ability to not only mass-produce reliable OEM products but also to support complex commercial installations from afar.
Challenges Solved & Final Results
The lighting factory required a modern electrical panel that could handle heavy office loads while providing smart energy management and strict leakage protection. The main challenge was ensuring the local electricians could correctly wire and configure the WIFI smart breakers alongside standard MCBs without delays.
Beyond manufacturing the hardware, GEYA provided a complete technical support ecosystem:
- Joint Remote Guidance: GEYA's sales and technical engineers teamed up with the OEM client's technicians to provide real-time, remote installation guidance to the factory's on-site electricians.
- Comprehensive Documentation: We supplied detailed paper manuals and wiring diagrams specifically tailored for this mixed-breaker distribution box.
- Smart Integration: Guided the setup of the WIFI breakers, enabling the factory management to monitor office power consumption directly from their devices.
Final Result: The distribution boxes were successfully installed and commissioned. The lighting factory now enjoys a safe, stable, and smart power network in their office building. The seamless remote support eliminated installation errors, proving that GEYA is a reliable OEM partner that stands behind its products all the way to the end-user.
