Project Overview
Singapore maintains strict electrical safety standards. For local professional electrical installers, balancing project costs with high quality requirements is a daily challenge. Recently, a prominent local installation company (HVS) procured a comprehensive batch of GEYA power distribution products—including relays, earth leakage protectors, circuit breakers, and contactors—to integrate into distribution cabinets for various terminal clients, ranging from commercial complexes to light industrial factories.
In real-world assembly, it is common to see mixed-brand environments within a single cabinet. However, GEYA has proven that beyond the expensive tier-1 brands, our components can seamlessly integrate and reliably execute their designated protection and switching targets. With a strong cost-to-performance ratio and accessible technical catalogs, GEYA is dependably safeguarding essential electrical circuits across Singapore.
How the System Works
These distribution cabinets act as the central nervous system for commercial and factory floors, routing power safely to lighting, HVAC, and heavy machinery. The system relies on a precise hierarchy of protection and control components.
To handle the main incoming power and protect against massive fault currents, heavy-duty Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs) are utilized. Downstream, GEYA Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs) and Residual Current Devices (RCCB/RCBO) take over, offering precise branch circuit protection against daily overloads and ensuring human safety from earth leakages.
For automated daily operations, the system leverages a combination of control components. GEYA Relays process the low-power logic signals, which then trigger the heavy-duty GEYA AC Contactors to safely switch high-current loads like factory motors on and off. This clear division of labor ensures both operational longevity and reliable system safety.
